THEALTER, the theatrical summer festival was established in 1991 and by now it has become one of the most prominent international theatre festivals in Hungary. In addition to the significant, independent theatrical performances of the season, international artists, experimenter companies mainly from the Central and Southern European region, will also come to Szeged. Besides the theatrical and dance productions, the audience can also enjoy films, exhibitions, children and outdoor programmes as well as concerts on our all-art festival this year, where professional events will also be organized.
Several programmes in the Móra Ferenc Museum, the REÖK Palace, the Somogyi Library and the Rural House of Alsóváros.
